 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to sell the devices you submit. By using our service, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of all items you send.

 Device Evaluation & Quotes

• All quotes are based on the condition you select when creating an offer.

• Upon receiving your device, we will inspect it to ensure the condition matches the information provided.

• If the actual condition differs, we may adjust the offer up or down.

• You will have the option to accept or reject any revised offer.

• If you reject the revised offer, we will return your device free of charge (unless otherwise stated).

 Shipping

• We provide prepaid shipping labels for eligible buyback offers.

• You are responsible for safely packaging your device to prevent damage during transit.

• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping before they arrive at our facility.

• Tracking information will be provided once you print or access your shipping label.

 Device Ownership & Data

By shipping your device to us, you represent that:

• You are the legal owner.

• The device is not stolen, financed fraudulently, or tied to any criminal activity.

• You have removed all personal data and accounts (Apple ID, Google Account, Samsung Account, etc.).

Devices that arrive locked to an account may receive a reduced offer or be returned at our discretion.

 Payments

• Payments are issued within 1–2 business days after we receive and verify your device.

• Accepted payout methods may include: Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or other options shown at checkout.

• Payments cannot be reversed once sent.

• Any incorrect payout details provided by the customer are their responsibility.

 Lost, Stolen, or Financed Devices

Devices submitted that are:

• Blacklisted

• Reported lost/stolen

• Under unpaid financing

• Have fraudulent ESN/IMEI issues

…may be rejected, and we may be required to notify the proper authorities.

If a device is found to be financed but still legally eligible for resale, it may receive a revised offer.

 Returns

If you decline our revised offer, we will return the device to you at no cost.
If we cannot reach you after 7 calendar days, the revised offer will be automatically approved and payment will be issued.

 Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use our site for fraudulent or illegal purposes

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our website or buyback tools

• Harvest data or interfere with our software (including the Reusely widget)

 Limitation of Liability

Buytroniq LLC is not liable for:

• Lost or damaged shipments before arrival

• User errors (entering wrong payout info, wrong device details, etc.)

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data from the user failing to remove accounts or reset devices

 Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
